Your ticket includes the free transportation of 1 hand baggage and 1 hold baggage of up to 20 kg and no larger than 50x40x25 cm.
You can take on board, in addition, one small musical instrument. Suitably-folded baby stroller or kick scooters are also allowed, as well as bicycles, provided that they are disassembled and stored in a special bag.
We invite you to pay particular attention to the contents of your luggage.
Remember that baggage containing foul-smelling, hazardous, noxious or flammable substances, oil, alcoholic beverages or weapons are not allowed. Any violation of this provision entails the refusal by the Carrier to admit you on board or to continue your journey, unless you agree to discard said materials.
It is forbidden to store precious objects, electronic equipment or any other valuables within the hold baggage. These items must be put in your hand baggage or, if too big, they must be allocated on the seat adjacent to the one you occupy, so that they are kept under your custody and control. To occupy the seat adjacent to yours, you are required to purchase a second ticket. We remind you that the Carrier is not responsible for any piece of luggage or item that is kept under your custody.
In the event of loss or damage to the baggage that is stored in the hold, you are required to report the fact to the on-board staff upon arrival and to contact our Customer Service on +39 06 164 160 (Mon-Fri 9: 00-13: 00 and 15: 00-19: 00) within three days of the trip or to
fill in the form in the LOST OBJECTS section.
The Carrier, except in the case that the loss or damage is not attributable to the same, shall be liable up to a maximum of є 6.20 per kg. For more information, please read the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE carefully.
