It may happen that you are not able to travel on the time or date of departure that you have booked.
If the bus has not departed yet (and there are at least 30 minutes left before departure), you can change the time and date of departure of your ticket in the section CHANGE BOOKING or the time of departure booked in your pass in the section CHANGE PASS.

You can also change your booking via App in the CHANGE BOOKING or CHANGE PASS section.
If, however, the ticket has expired, you will need to buy a new ticket.
